A Path Towards Peace

Human development precedes peace. This human development is engineered and steered mostly by grassroots civil society organizations that seek to maintain social cohesion. Pathways to peace do not only include the elimination of armed conflict demilitarization but engaging in developing the individual to value and recognize their dignity as humans. Pathways to sustainable peace therefore depend on the inclusion of all members of the community from women and youths to grassroots community actors meaningfully to contribute to structures that dignify their wellbeing.

This week we meet speakers who are actors in the development of society for a cohesive and sustainable path to peace.
